What if the print model has bubbles/holes

One. Problem description

There are various bubble holes on the surface of the printed resin model, which will take time to fill

Two. Solution idea

  1. Check whether the resin is expired
  2. Check whether the bubbles are eliminated after the resin is poured into the tank
  3. Check whether the parameters set by the slicing software machine are wrong, such as the speed is too fast

Three. solution

  1. Replace the new resin for testing to determine whether such problems still occur
  2. Check the parameters of the slicing software, appropriately reduce the lifting speed and increase the lifting distance, so that the resin reflux is uniform to avoid bubbles.
