Stratasys has scheduled the unveiling of a new additive manufacturing platform for November 17, 2026, at Formnext in Frankfurt. The company’s event listing places the reveal at 13:00 CET in Hall 12.1, stand D129, with a livestream also listed. The show organizer says the platform is aimed at manufacturers and service bureaus.
Two announcements to follow at the booth
The new platform is the subject of the November 17 reveal. The F870 is a separate machine: a large-format material extrusion system launched in September and set to make its European debut at the same booth. Formnext also lists demonstrations spanning production tooling, automation, and build preparation.
What to look for in the reveal
For anyone evaluating additive manufacturing for recurring orders, the most useful demonstration will be a representative production job. Look for how much operator time goes into setup and unloading, which materials the process supports, and how consistently it can hold dimensions across a batch. Post-processing time and the number of accepted parts per shift can change the economics even when two systems have similar headline print speeds.
Stratasys’s event page confirms the time and location. The specifications and production economics are details to check once the company presents the system.
