Thanks to its parameters and functions, the SHINING 3D FreeScan UE 11 3D scanner is perfect for automotive, transport, machine manufacturing, tourism, energy and aerospace industries. FreeScan EU uses a 2M laser, which makes the light safe for the eyes. The scanner also has certificates such as CE, FCC, ROHS, WEEE, KC which, guarantee safe operation.
The FreeScan UE 11 3D scanner provides high precision, stable repeatability and precise solutions at the metrological level. FreeScan EU 11 allows you to scan up to 0.02 mm, while the volume accuracy is 0.02 mm to 0.04 mm/m.
FreeScan EU 11 provides stability and reliability even when scanning the same object multiple times.
Portable and lightweight
FreeScan UE 11 3D scanner weighs only 670g. Thanks to its weight and dimensions 298 x 90 x 74.5 mm, it facilitates scanning and does not cause fatigue during long work.
Scanning of difficult surfaces
Black and shiny objects are difficult to scan. The FreeScan EU 11 allows you to scan black and glossy surfaces so that you can adapt to the widest possible range of applications.
The SHINING 3D FreeScan UE 11 3D scanner can scan up to 510,520 mm for a wider field of view and a smoother and more efficient 3D scan.
Easy to use
The 3D scanner has a user-friendly operating system with simple software configuration and valuable tips to improve the workflow. This allows easier operation of the device and faster scanning.
The scanned object data can be imported into inspection software such as Geomagic Control X, Verisurf Inspect and Einsense Q with one click, thereby increasing inspection efficiency.
FreeScan UE7 FreeScan UE11
FreeScan UE 3D scanner is available in two versions: FreeScan UE7 and FreeScan UE11. The main difference between the two versions is the amount of laser beams used by the scanner. FreeScan UE7 korzysta z 14 linii + 1 linii niebieskiego lasera natomiast FreeScan UE11 wykorzystuje 22 linie + 1 linia niebieskiego lasera. In addition, the scanning speed in the FreeScan UE11 is much faster and is 1 020 000 points/s, in the case of FreeScan UE7 it is 650 000 points/s.
