Throughout the journey, Prosen's goal has always been to provide high-quality products and after-sales service, allowing everyone to enjoy the best 3D printing experience. In order to continuously provide high-quality and professional services, we will adjust some after-sales terms, including adjustments to maintenance service fees.
As long as it is a user of Prosen, regardless of domestic or foreign factors, if the machine malfunctions due to non human factors during the warranty period, we will take full responsibility and provide relevant accessories and transportation costs free of charge for your own DIY maintenance and replacement.
In addition, Taiwanese users also enjoy professional maintenance services provided by the original factory, and related fees will be charged according to the situation.
The relevant terms will officially come into effect on May 19, 2023, and you can choose a suitable repair plan based on your actual needs.
