Product Features

  • 【Higher Print Success】Antinsky ACF Film is an upgraded version of the FEP/NFEP film. Up to 92% light transmittance. The thickness of 0.3 doubles that of NFEP, but only reduces the light transmittance by 4%.The increased thickness makes it have smaller release force, which greatly improves its compatibility with resin and printing success rate, with a printing success rate of 98%.
  • 【Better Durability】Compared with NFEP film, Antinsky ACF film is made of higher quality materials, with the thickness doubled to 0.3mm. This gives it higher tensile strength and elongation at break. Because ACF fights back better, each layer is easier to remove when lifted, and because ACF film is more resistant to cracking, ACF film lasts longer.
  • 【Better printing quality】Antinsky ACF Film with its excellent peeling performance and smaller deformation during peeling, allows the printed model to have better print quality and rich details. More suitable for large-format SLA and LCD 3D printers.
  • 【Faster Print Speed】Compared with FEP/NFEP, it has a smaller release force, so the rebound time of each layer of printing is less, allowing ACF to quickly print high-quality models while having a high printing success rate.
  • 【Widely Applicable】The size of nfep film is 160x235x0.3mm.
  • 【Things To Know Before Use!!!】ACF Release Film is made of high quality qualified material. The smooth release side is coated with a blue protective film, which needs to be removed before use. The smooth release side is the side that comes into contact with the resin during use. When installing and removing the blue protective film, please lay the ACF release film flat on a clean table to avoid creases on the surface of the release film. The frosted back side faces the LCD screen.
