Product Features

  • 【Superior thermal isolation of heatbreak】 Eliminate any kind of heat creep Excellent thermal insulation Reduce significantly the risk of the filament clogging Enhanced wear resistance, designed to print fiber filled filaments.(100kg+)
  • 【New assembly method】 The new cable tie structure can effectively reduce the damage of the wiring harness during the installation process, making your assembly more comfortable. The heating unit is fixed by a metal dome, which is easy for users to upgrade and maintain at low cost
  • 【High efficient heating unit】 A new rectangular ceramic heating unit achieves a high heating efficiency and reliability (200°C Just 35s) Maximum Printing Temperature 350°C
  • 【Ultra – high speed printing】 The newly designed heater-block has a long heating area which allows for high volumetric flow rates of up to 36 mm³/s. With these flowrates (most of) your 3D printers can be pushed to its limits. Make your 3D printer a high-speed 3D printer with the Rapido 2
  • 【Detachable 104NT temperature sensor】 The temperature sensor is replaceable and as such a 104NT sensor can be used to meet the requirement for high temperature printing.
  • 【One-handed nozzle change】 The titanium-alloy screws with their low thermal conductivity create a rigid coupling of the heater-block and heatsink. This rigid structure allows for convenient one-handed nozzle changes.
  • 【High-Flow to Ultra-High-Flow in a few simple turns】 Not all 3D models need to be 3D printed at high-speeds, this why you can easily switch between the high-flow Rapido 2 and the ultra-high-flow Rapido 2 by using the copper-nickel-plated nut adapter. Choose your optimal flowrate with a few simple turns.
  • 【The right nozzle for the job】 There are many different nozzles on the market for different purposes. With the Rapido 2 you can choose the right nozzle for your print job.
